Residential Houses Vol.2 - Modular Pack

This project includes a modular set to build your own American inspired residential houses/suburban environment with all of the assets, materials, plus an example map shown in the images.

Includes both exterior and interior modular pieces. Each asset was created to a high quality and standard suitable for AAA quality visuals.

Includes Unreal Engine 5 version utilizing Nanite and Lumen feature set as well as a Unreal Engine 4 version with an example baked lighting scene.

Additional Information:

• Example map comes with 7 houses that have full interiors

• UE5 Nanite and Lumen

• UE4 Fully Baked version available too

• Highly customizable with the ability to apply custom tillable textures for floors, walls and ceilings

• Included example colors for interior and exterior walls; colors are changeable within their material instances
